Nanomax

The goal of the NanoMAX project is to understand the mechanisms that govern the development of nano-objects; devices that are playing an increasingly significant role in developing the microelectronics of tomorrow. This approach should make it possible to produce nano-objects either on a large scale or for specialized high-tech applications. The NanoMAX project, which uses a single ultrahigh-resolution transmission electron microscope, is led by École Polytechnique and CNRS with the support of the Center for Nanoscience and Nanotechnology, Université Paris-Saclay, and the CEA.
