RefleXions

Researching, educating and acting for sustainable development

June 7, 2019

Ever since its creation, l’X has envisioned the world of tomorrow and worked towards the development of such a world with the help of its students and professors. École Polytechnique would like to commemorate its 225th anniversary by making a strong commitment to its sustainable development strategy. The measures that humanity must take in the face of climate change and dwindling resources are of universal priority and École Polytechnique, too, must do its part for the environment. Its symposium "RefleXions: researching, educating and acting for sustainable development" will constitute the first milestone in the institution’s commitment to incorporate sustainable development as a strategic pillar of its evolution. "RefleXions" will bring together renowned names from science and industry who are ready to get involved by sharing their expertise and first-hand experiences.
