Henri Becquerel, Radiate your energy (1852-1908, Year of Entry: 1872)

While studying fluorescence, Henri Becquerel discovered natural radioactivity. He was at the forefront of this brand-new field of research, alongside Marie and Pierre Curie, for which they were awarded the Nobel Prize in Physics.
