The management: François Bouchet

François Bouchet is the Director General of École Polytechnique. He is a graduate of École Polytechnique (Year of Entry: 1986) and Supaéro (91). Prior to becoming Director General, he was Director of the Land Systems Division at the Directorate General of Armaments from December 2013. As head of ground operations, François Bouchet was responsible for the launch of the SCORPION Program and the operation dedicated to special forces vehicles. In 2016, he was charged with the acquisition of the next generation of the FAMAS and light multi-purpose tactical vehicles. In January 2017, he was promoted to the rank and title of Senior General Engineer of Armaments (IGHCA), and he is an Officer of the National Order of Merit and a Knight of the Legion of Honor.
