"Internet of Everything" Chair

Getting prepared for the next era of the Internet, where objects, people, data and processes will all be connected: this is the objective of the "Internet of Everything" Chair, created by l’X in 2014 and backed by Cisco and the French Ministry of the Armed Forces. Its main spheres of focus are teaching, research and user experience. Offering outstanding education on the latest developments in information and communication technologies, the Chair organizes lectures by experts from the American network giant, Cisco, and gives students the chance to use Cisco’s hardware and software. École Polytechnique’s transversal approach to teaching and research allows students to gain a better understanding of the social and commercial impacts of these technologies.
